Epiphone archtops are sleepers. At a fraction the cost of equivalent Gibsons, there's nothing else out there. This is a fully hand carved body, with back & sides of deeply figured quilted maple and top of (probably Adirondack) spruce, maple neck with 3-ply walnut/maple centerstripe, ornate vine mother-of-pearl peghead inlay, triple-bound body, bound fingerboard and headstock, original gold-plated Frequensator tailpiece and Epi gold tuners with their iconic marleoid buttons, and the original bridge with the serial # stamped on the underside. The Broadway is a less expensive version of the top-of-the-line Deluxe with the same body, materials and metal parts. The guitar is in excellent, all original condition with new frets and setup by Chris Berkov. There's a short section of a repaired center seam separation on the back, the binding is loose at the waist on the back, no cracks or other issues.
