We've sold quite a lot of these '20s 0-18s, and really love them. They have an amazing amount of sound for their small body, and it's remarkably full and complete tone. They are also a lot less expensive than so many of the early "golden era" Martins. This one is in great condition, we've done a complete set-up, neck reset, frets, etc, to bring it up to modern playing levels strung with light gauge steel strings. We've also replaced a slightly oversized bridgeplate with a properly sized one; everything else appears original. There is one area of pickwear on the top under the soundhole and a lot of wear on the back of the neck, however there are no cracks. The tone is strikingly rich, sweet and balanced, with that explosive response that comes only from these early light weight treasures.
