Wm. Stahl was a player/teacher in Milwaukee who sold instruments made for him by the Larson Brothers (and others). "English Style" was his name for the "modern" flat back mandolins as opposed to the bulbous round back ones that were fast fading at the time. This one is a beauty, as-new original condition, perfectly made, plays great, beautiful pearl inlay, out of spruce and mahogany. Comes with its original hand-tooled leather case.
