By Dave Dart, of Navarro, CA, this is a lively, spirited and happy instrument, a lot of fun to play. The notes just jump out of the box with even a gentle touch. It's a 14-fret 00 with rounder shoulders, what is being called "slope-shoulder" these days. Woods are Madagascar rosewood and super-tight grained and quatersawn Sitka spruce, with cloverleaf fretboard inlays and a beautiful panda(?) inlay on the peghead.
