Product Description
A fine sounding 12-fret restored vintage Martin, with new (oversize) bridge, bridgeplate, fretboard and tuners. The finish looks fine, and may have been redone. The tone is strong and full - you'd think it was a much bigger guitar. There's been a misconception that smaller guitars sound small; practically every day we hear, "that's a lot of sound for such a small guitar": look at an F-5, the banjo killer! The neck has been reset: there's evidence of a heel crack, and the action is slightly high at 3/32" on the 2nd to the 6th string and 5/64" on the first. So, this is a very fine player grade vintage Martin that sounds wonderful for anyone needing this action.
