30 years ago, Dana Bourgeois and Eric Schoenberg collaborated to develop and introduce the first cutaway OM. At the time, Schoenberg was dreaming of the perfect fingerstyle guitar, incorporating all of the best elements of vintage OMs and a variety of modern appointments, and a classic was born.
This is no. 1 of a Limited Edition of 12, signed by Dana Bourgeois and Eric Schoenberg. Woods are Bearclaw European Spruce and premium Cocobolo, with a number of accents from the original model. Tonally, this guitar has much power from the cocobolo and warmth and musicality from the European spruce, and of course, it's an OM, which is close to perfection.
